Where a User is found to be under the minimum eligible age, all transactions — including deposits, wagers, and any accrued winnings — will be voided and funds returned to the original payment source where reasonably possible.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the taskpk Platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. taskpk reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and forfeit any Funds held therein upon discovery of duplicate registrations.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. taskpk may suspend or close an Account where the registration information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. taskpk will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify taskpk support immediately at [email protected].
taskpk is required to verify the identity of all registered Users in accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering regulations and the conditions of its operating licence. You may be requested to submit a government-issued identification document, proof of address, and proof of payment method at any stage. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on your Account, including suspension of withdrawal functionality.
taskpk supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods:
All deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. taskpk does not accept third-party deposits. Deposits made from accounts belonging to another person will be reversed and may result in Account suspension. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per payment method; current limits are published within your Account dashboard.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a verified payment account in the same name as the registered taskpk Account. taskpk reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity and proof of the payment method used for the original deposit.
Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are subject to the applicable Wagering Requirements having been satisfied in full. taskpk reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are processed within standard banking hours and typically complete within one to two business days. taskpk does not guarantee processing times and accepts no liability for delays caused by the payment provider or the User's bank.
Promotional offers made available by taskpk are subject to individual promotion terms in addition to these general Terms and Conditions. Where any conflict exists between a specific promotion's terms and these Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all Bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated clearly in each promotion's terms. taskpk reserves the right to modify wagering requirements for future promotions without notice.
taskpk monitors all Accounts for patterns consistent with Bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk wagering strategies designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine risk, the use of multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, and the sharing of bonus funds between Accounts. Where Bonus abuse is identified, taskpk reserves the right to void all Bonus Funds, cancel associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the Account.
Bonuses that are not activated or wagering requirements that are not completed within the specified validity period will expire automatically. Expired Bonus Funds will be removed from the Account balance without notice.
All bets and gaming activity on the taskpk Platform are governed by the specific game or sport rules published on the Platform, which form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of a technical error, system failure, or manifest error in odds or game outcomes, taskpk reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the respective Accounts.
taskpk may set individual, market-level, and account-level betting limits at its sole discretion. The Platform reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet before or after settlement where it has reasonable grounds to do so, including suspected match-fixing, irregular betting patterns, or breaches of these Terms.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the taskpk Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:
All content on the taskpk Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the exclusive property of taskpk or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of taskpk.
taskpk processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, taskpk, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform or Services.
taskpk's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of Funds held in your Account at the time the claim arises.
taskpk does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which taskpk holds its operating licence. By using the Platform, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any such dispute or claim.
